Enrico Zanetto manages his namesake as his father did, but also brings a fresh and contemporary design ethic to the company. His father obviously approves of this approach as he can still be found on the factory floor, literally hammering out his son's designs.

Zanetto works silver in the traditional manner and have focused on bringing young apprentices into the industry, indeed it is the first silver factory Harlequin has visited where youth dominates and this bodes well for their continuing success.
